DISCOVERY HEALTHCARE has made management changes to aid expansion of its international businesses. Its most recent investment abroad is in China with Ping An Health, and it has a joint venture in the UK with Prudential, encompassing private medical insurer PruHealth and PruProtect, the risk assurance specialist.
Discovery believes the changes will enhance the overseas businesses, streamline the operational infrastructure and further align its UK and Chinese businesses.
