A friend asked me why I maintain the blog of positive investment articles? I thought about it for a while and pondered the answer.
I go about my daily business and I see people from different backgrounds drinking coffee in streetside cafes, they are happy, excited, busy and they have a purpose. But when I open the daily newspapers, I read about crime, Malema and racial friction.
When I walk into a supermarket I see packed shelves and a throng of shoppers and this shows a vibrant economy. Again, turning to the news, I read of corruption and corrupt business people.
I have travelled extensively in Africa and have seen business developing, construction and cooperation. Again, when I open the dailynews, I don't see any of this and in fact if there is anything about Africa it is negative.
I see Bafana supporters wearing the Green and Gold, I see young Black girls wearing Bull's Rugby Colours and it feels so good to be part in this day and age.
A friend asked me why I maintain the blog of positive investment articles? Simple - it's what I see.
